Are you struggling with your mental health or know someone who is struggling? Research shows that talking helps to protect and sustain your mental health and what better way to get the conversation flowing than doing so whilst tucking in to a delicious curry. Come and join us for an evening of Curry & Chaat.
The evening will also feature Mental Health Monologues by Clare Prenton and other local writers.
