A wonderful opportunity to experience nurturing and supportive therapeutic sound with Suzy Nairn of Soundsphere. Suzy will be offering a beautiful and immersive experience for anyone who wishes to experience a sound journey where guests lie down (guests need to bring mats, blankets and a cushion) while Suzy creates a beautiful soundscape around them using a multitude of instruments and including signing bowls, drum and voice. Suzy will also give a short talk around how therapeutic sound works and then deliver a full one hour sound session.
